Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Production Supervisor for one of it's medical devices clients. In this role you will directly supervise employees in the Production Department ensuring all manufacturing processes are performed within specifications and expected timelines. You will also be responsible for the development of new measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. You will initiate proper procedures relative to suspect product and participate in monthly planning. You will plan, assign, and direct employees relative to performing manufacturing processes.

3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

3+ years in a leadership role

Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel

Come from a medical device background Experience with Capacity Planning

Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Associates degree

Quality management

Manufacturing software null
