Role Summary
To act as the key customer orientated focal point working as part of the successful Facilities Team. You will provide an exceptional service to the building occupants in terms of general goods / post handling and other general tasks which help maintain a pleasant and productive environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responds to client inquires and concerns, whilst ensuring a timely & quality service to clients.
Process incoming/outgoing post & goods
Point of contact for customer queries
Setting up conference rooms for visitors & scheduled meetings
Organizing 3rd party collections
Taking calls from the client with facility issues
Daily inspections of facilities on site to ensure all equipment is up to code & returned to correct locations
Assisting Fabric Engineers (if required) with office moves/redecoration.
There may be other duties as and when required
Hours
8am - 5pm
Monday to Friday
Experience & Qualifications:
Good communications skills & a positive approach to tasks
Adaptable to changing of operational circumstances
Experience with PC use & knowledge of IT Systems is essential
Full driving licence preferred but not necessary
