The Impact Youll Make in this Role As a Production Planning Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: * Leading the production planning process including capacity planning, procurement and inventory management, and detailed scheduling. * Leading a team of planners - provide oversight, guidance, and leadership in operational excellence. Set direction, priorities, and provide development opportunities. * Accountable for performance of key metrics including on time in full delivery, inventory, inventory turns, non-working inventory, supply plan attainment, production plan attainment, machine capacity analysis, and end-to-end supply chain metrics. * Provide collaborative support to the various divisions the plant supports. * Improve the planning process to be more effective and efficient.
