Job Information


  1. Lead, facilitate and drive AT&T service assurance related issues to resolution working with AT&T work centers, service lines, partners and other providers to resolve and restore service.

  2. Communicate status, next steps and resolution summary to internal AT&T teams and when requested provide summary to customer management up to senior levels for large impacting outages. Excellent verbal and written forms of communication required.

  3. Engages equipment and service vendors to support network operations. Deliver service level reporting to client on performance. Responds to and may implement client requests and notifies them of network problems and the impact on customer's business. Acts on client's behalf in handling network Incidents

  4. Ability to multi-task; driving multiple recovery teams to ensure progress is being made across multiple AT&T products lines, assist with any escalation or additional resources needed to resolve the problem.

5.Able to perform Carrier Management , Escalation and Coordination with different Carriers, LEC for early resolution of Circuit Issues

  1. This role required to be in 24*7 Rotational Shift

  2. Well knowledge about Networking Products

  3. ITIL Framework Awareness

  4. Excellent verbal and written forms of communication (English)

  5. Knowledge about the AT&T Work Centers ,Service Lines, Products will be preferable

  6. CCNA Certification
