A Maintenance Team Lead is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Allentown, PA area. This role involves supervising maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations, utilizing SAP for maintenance management, and actively participating in safety initiatives, requiring both technical expertise and leadership skills.

responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance personnel, assigning tasks based on priority and available resources.

• Utilize SAP AMM maintenance management system for tasks such as parts inventory, work order status, and maintenance plans.

• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations (EPA, FDA, OSHA) and plant GMPs.

• Maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, extended hours, and various shifts as needed.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned work, minimizing equipment downtime.

• Maintain maintenance shift report log and lead various types of meetings.

• Fill in for Maintenance Scheduler and maintain hourly work requirements by designated areas.

• Perform all job duties safely, following safety rules and policies, and support Behavior-Based Safety process.

Experience:

• Working knowledge of electrical maintenance procedures, plumbing, rigging, and welding techniques.

• Three years in industrial plant maintenance preferred, with two years of leadership experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Maintenance associated field preferred, or equivalent experience.
