Change Healthcare Senior Specialist - Marketing Automation in Alpharetta, Georgia

Overview Of Position:

The Marketing Automation Senior Specialist is responsible for orchestrating and executing marketing programs and mission-critical lead management activities delivered through the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP). The candidate will play a key role in overall marketing automation operations and technology strategy and deployment.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Creation of emails, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring and other programmatic activities within the MAP. Standardization

  • Cleansing and uploading contact lists into the MAP; other data integrity activities as assigned

  • Collect business requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate into new marketing automation features and functions

  • Develop and implement MAP best-practices, demand generation processes and service-level agreements

  • Assess marketing automation vendors and technologies

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu

  • 5 years of experience leading B2B demand creation activities in an enterprise-level MAP

  • Expert-level, administrative experience with either Eloqua or Marketo(Experience with both platforms ideal)

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Eloqua or Marketo certification
