Do you love to cook? Do you have a culinary fascination and would like to learn more? Are you considering a culinary career and interested in seeing if this industry is for you? Are you an experienced cook and want the opportunity to learn and broaden your culinary knowledge and techniques?

We are looking for a line cook to prepare food to the exact chefs specifications and to set up stations for service. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive chef and sous chef with their daily tasks, prepping menu items for service, and working as part of a team of cooks to execute guest orders for service. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities include:

- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

- Answering, reporting and following chefs instructions

- Cleaning up station and taking care of leftover food

- Stocking inventory appropriately- Ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, is high quality and is in a timely fashion

- Complying with nutritional and sanitary regulations and safety standards

- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
