If you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a natural aptitude for teamwork and innovation, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Success Representative Intern.

Here’s a little taste of your challenge:

As an intern in the CSR DACH Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the expansion and retention of Webfleet customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in managing critical aspects of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, and contract renewals;

  • Supporting the team in monitoring marketing promotions, ensuring their successful execution, and meeting deadlines to maximize opportunities;

  • Collaborating closely with the CSM Team, Sales Support, Customer Support and other departments;

  • Providing valuable feedback to improve internal processes and procedures.

Who are you?

To excel as a Customer Success Representative Intern, we seek individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Flue in German and professional business English;

  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills;

  • Business acumen and commercial understanding;

  • Experience or a strong interest in sales or sales-related functions

  • Located in the Netherlands, preferably close to our office in Amsterdam.

  • You must be enrolled at a university throughout the duration of the internship.
