In this role, you have the opportunity to

be the trusted advisor to the market management team on commercial transformation and sales execution. You improve critical sales capabilities by changing behaviors to their respective markets, align and support the GTM strategy and bring targeted solutions that help gain sales productivity.

You are responsible for

  • Channel Strategy:

  • Optimize and future proof our segmentation incl. approach to new (winning) customers;

  • Unlock HBA as recruit channel (partner with BMMs on portfolio need.

  • Portfolio Strategy:

  • Maximize One EU Range: Re-assess cluster approach and design for shelf and promo ranges;

  • Re-assess Exclusives (fewer, better).

  • Shelf & Promo Strategy:

  • Define role of shelf vs promo incl. RRP dynamic and investment principles (TSM partnership);

  • Identify key outages and partner with BMMs on action plan.

  • Sales Capabilities:

  • Lead customer NPS for Europe incl. improvement plan;

  • Act as link between global Sales capabilities leader and Europe Sales;

  • Lead Commercial Leadership forums and fuel share & reapply across markets;

  • Incorporate TSM capability program into simplified Sales program.

  • Deployment of key global and local sales programs & trainings on sales behaviors and competencies.

  • Increasing sales capability and drive behavioral change with the focus and lens around sales process & methodology.

  • Trusted advisor to market management team on commercial transformation and sales execution with accountability to achieve agreed KPIs.

  • Coaching sales leaders to become independent sales coaches.

  • Coaching top opportunities at risk, by applying customer focused selling (CFS) tools & techniques.

  • Improving sales productivity of the market by driving funnel health, gaining sales efficiency and/or sales effectiveness.

  • Leading sales improvement projects, supports strategy and deployment in line with management team’s top performance priorities.

  • Responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of the commercial model analytics to support data-driven decisions at customer level and drive performance.

This team is responsible for the transformation and innovation in the Personal Health business of our market Europe. This position can be based in The Netherlands or any Europe Market location.
