::: {dir="auto"} Responsibilities: As a Welder, youll play a crucial role in our welding shop operations. Your tasks will include: :::

::: {dir="auto"} 1. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. :::

::: {dir="auto"} 2. Equipment Setup: Set up welding equipment and adjust parameters for optimal performance. :::

::: {dir="auto"} 3. Quality Control: Inspect welded joints for quality and adherence to standards. :::

::: {dir="auto"} 4. Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment. :::

::: {dir="auto"} 5. Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings preferred. :::

::: {dir="auto"} Proficient in FCAW welding techniques :::

::: {dir="auto"} General knowledge of steel fabrication. :::

::: {dir="auto"} 1in unlimited and AWS D1.1 :::
