Robert Half has an amazing client who is on the lookout for a meticulous and organized Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join their team in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry, located in ANN ARBOR, Michigan. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting, including GAAP Accounting, SAP, SAP HANA, Month End Close, and Financial Statement Preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage accounting functions, including employee supervision, budget preparation, and financial reporting.

• Implement and manage all phases of the accounting process to ensure accurate and timely financials.

• Ensure adherence to GAAP accounting principles and company procedures.

• Oversee financial management systems, including ERP and ADP Financial Services.

• Utilize SAP and SAP HANA for financial operations and reporting.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry.

• Proficiency in GAAP accounting and full-cycle accounting.

• Demonstrated experience with SAP and SAP HANA software.

• Expertise in month-end close procedures and financial statement preparation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
