We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team. This role involves engaging with all aspects of projects, from design through the municipal approval process. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and design team, providing technical expertise and support. Your responsibilities will include assembling site plans, creating plan sets, and daily utilization of Civil 3D and AutoCAD. You will primarily focus on private land development projects, but may also work on municipal projects. The role includes local travel to job sites as needed, and offers a hybrid work schedule option under specific conditions.

This is a fully on-site position in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Work Environment

You will be part of a small, team-oriented, and collaborative office. Our core hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, with flexibility in scheduling. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered for candidates residing over an hour away, requiring office presence 1-2 times per month after an initial 3-4 week daily on-site training period.
