Initiate the definition, design, development, execution and implementation of scientific research projects. Investigate the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions and products. Plan and execute laboratory research. Perform tests. Maintain substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories, and may contribute to scientific literature, conferences patent applications. Coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts. No direct reports and managerial duties. Individual contributor level role only. Salary range: $102,836-$134,300 per year.

Job Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Optics, Physics, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
