Amazon Senior Marketing Manager, Healthcare and Non-Profits, WWPS in Arlington, Virginia

Amazon is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing leader to drive awareness and demand generation for Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the healthcare, non-profit health (NPH), and non-profit organization (NPO) market. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.

The Senior Marketing Manager is an integral part of the Public Sector Field Marketing team. The Manager is responsible for developing and delivering aligned marketing demand generation programs and will interface directly with healthcare and non-profit business and sales stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and sales leaders on go-to-market strategy including market segmentation, messaging, marketing channels, and campaign execution spanning the non-profit business.

• Develop and execute aligned marketing plans in the Public Sector Healthcare center of excellent — including digital, content, and events — to drive demand generation and pipeline in support of Healthcare and Non-Profit business targets.

• Leverage and tailor corporate-level product marketing campaigns and materials to accelerate and maximize results through extensions to regional customers across the United States.

• Extend generative artificial intelligence (AI) campaigns and highlight compelling generative AI stories across non-profit business verticals.

• Communicate regularly with internal business and sales leaders including regular updates with the broader Healthcare and Non-Profit Organization sales and business development teams.

• Ensure Healthcare and non-profit target customers, customer stories, and business priorities are top of mind in all marketing activities.

• Earn trust and maintain strong relationships across the organization, working in conjunction with other marketing leaders and with peers.

• Monitor and report on campaign results and effectiveness, including ROI and recommended changes as needed.

• Willingness and ability to work independently and autonomously.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

  • Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
