Our Team:

Join QTS' People Services team where you will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner working directly with business leaders to create and execute strategies targeted to identify, attract, develop and retain best in class talent!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Expertise in building partnerships and with hiring managers -- and being a talent coach/advisor who is unafraid to challenge the status quo at times

  • Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools

  • Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and below average time to fill metrics

  • Collaborative and communicative with stakeholders at all levels

  • Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement

  • Represents the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five or more years of full cycle talent acquisition experience

  • Five or more year of experience sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS system (Workday preferred)

  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 10% or less

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization

  • Commitment to exceptional client, candidate, and employee service

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating superb organizational and leadership skills in a fast paced, results driven environment

  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs in the business

  • Optimistic and a resourceful problem solver

  • Ability to adapt to change at a fast growing company
