Job Description
The Dailies Coordinator will assist our Dailies Producers and Operators with the day-to-day management of related projects. The dailies production team oversees all aspects moving a job from set through our facility's pipeline to delivery to editorial and finishing and serves as the client’s main point of contact during the shooting period. The Dailies Coordinator will supplement the existing dailies production team, offering additional support across all territories and reporting to the Senior Dailies Producer.

Assist Dailies Producers as needed in all areas of project management
Coordinate with teams across time zones in the NY, LA, and UK facilities and be a point of contact throughout the evenings if the producers are unavailable
Enter and track work orders
Coordinate pickups, drop offs, and shipments for the dailies department
Communicate with dailies clients if issues arise after hours
Predict possible scheduling conflicts and work with producers to manage resources appropriately
Manage vault inventory with the assistance of digital lab personnel
Assist Producers and Operators to ensure the highest quality of deliverables
Interface with client services to coordinate messenger runs to and from clients
Oversee data management needs in evening and coordinate uploads to clients
Support of project actualizing and invoices on a daily basis
Assist in the resource and equipment planning of upcoming and existing projects
Other project and post-related duties, as necessary and assigned
Qualifications
Strong experience working within a post-production facility (covering picture post and data management) and/or with dailies or on set workflows
Available to provide coverage for the studio swing shifts (6pm – 3am or 2pm – 11am)
Administrative software knowledge, including Microsoft Office and FileMakerPro
Working knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Daylight, DaVinci Resolve, Colorfront OSD
Basic understanding of command line computing
Confident with coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, across multiple locations and time zones.
Understanding of network file sharing protocols, particularly NFS, SMB/CIFS, and secure digital delivery mechanisms (Signiant, Aspera, etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Ability to take direction while solving problems creatively
Highly motivated, team-oriented and excellent communication skills

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
