Inspire Brands Reporting Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

The Analyst, Development Reporting, will report to the Manager, Development Reporting and Forecasting. This role will be primarily responsible for data mining, data management, statistical analysis, and data presentation within the Development organization at Inspire Brands. The role will be responsible for covering all Brands under the Inspire Brands portfolio at any point in time.

This role requires an onsite presence at least 80% of the time at the Atlanta Support Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Analyst, Development Reporting will be required to assemble and organize data into formats/visualizations that can quickly be translated into business decisions to support Inspire's Branded growth efforts. As part of this, deriving insights, identifying correlations, finding patterns, and applying statistical methods to data will be central to the success of this role. Strong analytical and storytelling skills will be a strength.

  • The Analyst, Development Reporting will be responsible for communicating discoveries to a wide range of audiences. Participation in the compiling data for reports ranging from functional tracking to BOD materials will be required.

  • This role is mission critical to achieving enterprise-wide deliverables across Departments and Brands in support of delivering New Restaurant Openings (NROs), Remodels, Relocations, Rebuilds and other capital projects (including Facilities).

  • Position will also manage information flows/feeds to real estate, construction, franchising, project management, facilities maintenance and franchisees.

  • The position will ensure timely delivery of information needed to ensure all growth and Development activities are accurately accounted throughout key Development Functions and Systems. These Systems are the source-feed to enterprise-wide Systems and support financial reporting at the highest levels.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4-year degree required

  • 3+ years experience in a Business or Data Analyst role required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Programming Languages (R/SAS): proficiency in at least one language and have working knowledge of a few more. Creative and Analytical Thinking: Ability to think innovatively with strong grounding in statistical analyses.

  • Strong and Effective Communication: Strong ability to clearly convey findings to a wide range of audiences from functional experts to executive leaders within Inspire. Advanced skill level with MSPowerPoint preferred.

  • Data Visualization: Strong data visualization skills and acumen required. Proven proficiency with dashboard and visualization tools such as Tableau and Think-cell for Excel will be required.

  • Data Management: Clear understanding of data warehousing and the structure of data from and to various sources. Proven use of querying languages to find and manage data (PostreSQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL (Procedural Language/SQL).

  • SQL and Alteryx : Strong ability to work with SQL and Alteryx to perform analysis required.

  • Data Mining, Organization and Cleaning: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in navigating data that is not neatly stored or structured in a database is a must.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel: Proficiency with excel is required with special emphasis on advanced modeling and analytics techniques. Proficiency with Think-cell will be highly considered.

  • Machine Learning: Machine learning skills will be highly considered but not required.

  • Business Acumen: Experience with data analytics in the retail or food service industries is highly preferred.
