TAD PGS, Inc. Director of Field Operations in Atlanta, Georgia

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Director of Field Operations to join a leading Company located in the Atlanta, GA surrounding area. The Director is responsible for ensuring the success of 35+ Career Centers and its staff, primarily focused on Site Performance Management, Personnel Leadership, and Resource Management. This is a phenomenal opportunity to in an entrepreneurial, mission-driven culture, underpinned by creativity and strategic change. Please note that this role requires frequent travel, up to 75%.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Career Centers meet monthly and annual performance goals.

  • Analyzes processes and procedures to ensure optimum efficiency levels.

  • Oversees the hiring process for all Career Centers to ensure adequate staffing.

  • Ensures policies and standard operating procedures are consistently and uniformly applied by direct reports.

  • Creates performance plans for Career Center Managers by meeting with employee at beginning of fiscal year.

  • Drives results by creating a culture of recognition and rewards for the career centers.

  • Ability to create a healthy and competitive environment between career centers according to numbers, etc.

  • Supports and champions the development of all career center staff.

  • Leads a team of Career Center Managers in maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Evaluate the performance of direct reports on a constant basis and provide counseling and guidance as needed.

  • Prepares formal written performance appraisals and recommends salary increases as appropriate annually.

  • Recruits and hires qualified high-performing leaders for Career Centers.

  • Conducts regular visits to all Career Centers to maintain optimal performance.

  • Builds strong internal collaboration with other departments in support of Career Centers.

  • Resolves personnel issues by working with the assigned human resources associate.

  • Conducts semi-monthly meetings with staff to maintain a high level of communication within the organization.

  • Establishes an environment that promotes teamwork and cohesion within the Career Center.

  • Conducts monthly career center inspections to ensure they are safe, clean, and reflect the mission.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

  • A minimum of five years of work experience in operation management and supervision, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to manage staff located in multiple locations.

  • Experience leading process improvement efforts resulting in efficiencies and productivity gains.

  • Proven ability to independently organize work, balance multiple priorities, and manage a variety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a focus on desired outcomes.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with subordinates, executive team members, and related department managers.

  • Be a self-starter be an experienced entrepreneurial leader.

  • Acts as a change agent for organization .
