The Finance Technology Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the analysis and design of strategic F&A solutions. He/She assists with identifying, analyzing and co-developing technology solutions to support Finance partners in the organization. He/She develops and executes on project plans and collaborates with teams to leverage emerging technologies. This position is responsible for the work of others, resource allocations, and decision-making affecting the success of assigned projects (i.e., results, deadlines, and budget). The Finance Technology Enablement Manager understands and applies financial planning insights to develop and rationalize business requirements to drive optimal technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develops relationships and collaborates with key business partners to understand their operational and business needs.

• Works closely with internal stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.

• Innovates around financial processes, planning methodologies, systems, reports and analyses.

• Acts as the liaison between the FP&A and the application development teams to enable change.

• Performs and supports ad hoc analysis, modeling, and projects as needed.

• Strives to continually improve existing processes and challenge the status quo.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field; Advanced degree

• 5+ years' experience in accounting, finance and finance technology

• Strong working knowledge of financial statements.

• Strong understanding of financial tools, data technologies, and data strategy.

• Collaborative teammate and ability to take ownership of tasks/projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL and Power BI a plus.

• Onsite Role - five days in office.
