OM Partners USA, Inc. is hiring Implementation Consultants to formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information. Hold face to face workshops and work together with the customers business and IT teams to understand their production and supply planning challenges. Implement and deliver solutions for the customer. Use built in configuration capabilities to design dynamic dashboards, alert mechanisms, and management reports to ensure impact to customer supply chain value drivers are visualized based on planning decisions. Develop optimization algorithms. Use scripting language to model advance planning capabilities such as shelf life optimization, phase in - phase out planning, campaign planning, exception-based planning, machine and labor constraints, forecast accuracy results. Configure and tune linear and mixed integer programming solvers to consider multi-dimensional and end to end supply chain constraints to facilitate automated planning for our clients. Use mathematical techniques to conduct predictive data analysis at various levels of your market, product and geographical hierarchies to segment the data into various categories. In connection with the duties above, apply knowledge and/or skills in one or more of the following: VBA (Visual Basic for Application); SAP; Excel; GUI automation tools; C; C++; SQL; and JAVA. Up to 25% travel to various, unanticipated worksites.
