Perform network design to provide solutions to customer requirements. Perform engineering for network roll-out, high-level design and architecture, documentation/execution of acceptance test cases, roaming network engineering/testing, commissioning of systems. Work to develop and resolve strategic and architectural issues that arise from the core platform networks. Schedule upgrades, maintenance, create procedures and product plans, and communicate schedules and plans to external and internal teams. Responsible for testing, database changes, operations, and maintenance. Perform translations, routing, engineering, designing, and standardizing of telecommunications facilities. Troubleshoot telecommunications facilities. Troubleshoot telecommunications physical, data link and network layer systems and associated equipment and resolve the issues. Provide support for monitoring, fault diagnosis, performance tuning/management of the telephony and data networks. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent and 2 years experience or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent and 5 years experience. May require travel to various unanticipated client sites nationally.
