Randstad US Wellness Program & Benefits Lead in Atlanta, Georgia

The Wellness Program & Benefits Lead is responsible for Wellness Program ownership and contributing to the overall Health & Welfare benefits strategy. This position will build on the current programs to facilitate the corporate goal of growing a Culture of Wellness and healthy living throughout the organization. This role will also be a contributing team member. The Wellness Program & Benefits Lead will ensure the Wellness Program is compliant with the Affordable Care Act, Americans with Disability Act and all other applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations. This position will also be involved with other benefit related responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, recommend, implement, administer and manage competitive benefit programs that strengthen the organization's ability to attract and retain employees and deliver desired results to the organization while aligning with the overall Corporate Wellness strategy to have a positive impact on the health of our employees and the Company.

  • Provides overall project management for wellness events. Organize an annual calendar of events to ensure all activities, programs and challenges are implemented in a consistent and timely manner. Coordinate program elements with Corporate Communications and Marketing, ensuring Corporate client brand is maintained, communications are aligned with overall company messaging and timing is appropriate.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote wellness initiatives and benefits programs to employees.

  • Create engaging content, including newsletters, emails, intranet posts, and presentations, to educate employees about health and well-being resources.

  • Work with the benefits team on components of administering our company benefit plans including communications, plan design, vendor relationships and overall benefit strategy.

  • Focus on financial management of Wellness Program and ROI.

  • Conducts research and analysis of industry trends, employee surveys and workplace best practices in order to design benefits packages that are competitive, meet employee needs, and support organizational goals. Research third-party benefits vendors; will participate in selection and onboarding of new vendors.

  • Manage ongoing vendor relationships for wellness programs.

  • Disciplined self-starter with can-do attitude; proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player; detail-oriented and strong follow-through skills

  • Strong project management skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Exceptional organization, follow-up skills and ability to work in a team environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, as well as outside contacts

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and ambiguity while being resilient

  • Learning agility - independently seeks new ideas and information, learns new skills

  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Pay Rate: $103,500.00 - $72,675.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
