1) GRN Creation against production order

2) Delivery creation against Direct Sales order for Domestic Business and Stock transfer order

3)Prepare export/domestic documentation such as invoices, packing lists, BL Draft.

4)Require basic knowledge of SAP SD Module to handle dispatch functions.

5)Knowledge on documentation, basic export commercial knowledge such as INCO terms, logistic management is required

6)Follow-up & coordinating with respective source point for meeting the customer urgencies.

7) E waybill creation as per requirements.

8) Finished Goods Store Management

9 ) Compliant to EHS/QMS related Activities

10) Communication with EXIM Team, CHA, Freight Forwarders & customers

• Process Packing List & Commercial invoice documents by validating data.

• Ensure timely processing of shipments.

• Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors,

• Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers. including CHA, freight forwarders, vendors, and customers

• Support cross-functional departments involved in Domestic/Export dispatches

• Good written & Oral communication skills, Knowledge of SAP transactions, MS office, Basic Knowledge of Taxation, commercial transactions, warehousing operations, Team Player & Positive attitude.

• Education & Experience Required:

B.Com / M. Com / MBA Finance

Experience 3-8 years in commercial function with good knowledge of Sales order and Stock transfer order
