Description:

A company in Aurora that produces and distributes dry and liquid building material supplies is looking for a Production Associate to join their team. They will be operating and monitoring a bagging machine filling bags with powders and also an automated palletizing machine. Candidate will be loading bagging machine with empty bags and monitoring the machine filling them. The filling happens inside a housing to keep dust to a minimum but the environment is still going to be a little dusty. The machine will also seal the bag and move it to the automated palletizer. Candidate will need to monitor the palletizer and be prepared to troubleshoot and maintain operation of the machine. Possible issues could be a dirty sensor that needs to be cleaned, a track that has become misaligned, or bags not stacking properly, among others. Candidate must be able to recognize issues quickly and be able to resolve them usually using basic hand tools.

Client wants a candidate that has operated a machine of any kind. The type of machine does not matter but they should be able to explain what they had to do to operate and adjust it. Will need to lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally if a bag needs to be moved.

Shift and Pay:

Monday-Thursday, OT on Fridays occasionally

1 PM to 11:30 PM

$19.00/HR
