Summary of Role:

SunPower is seeking a Credit & Accounts Receivable Analyst. This position will have some experience with B2B and Consumer collections and B2B underwriting. Responsibilities include reconciling and working with internal & external customers. Account management includes disputed accounts, accounts under litigation and dealer accounts with delinquencies and will work closely with the AR Manager on Legal accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily Collection activities

  • Dealer account management

  • Credit hold review and releasing

  • Complete all month-end close activities

  • Internal and external audit requests

  • SOX compliance

  • On-time submission of all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

  • Initiates process improvement to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Identifies and analyzes issues to determine root causes in cases of non-compliance and provides recommendation to address such issue.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct supervisor or stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

  • 5+ or more years of working experience in Accounts Receivables, and Credit (Consumer and/or B2B).

  • 5+ or more years experience in the call center industry in AR collections.

  • Proficient with MS Office Application esp. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Highly effective in both oral and written communication.

  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.

  • Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.

  • Must have attention to detail and able to provide accurate reports.

  • Able to grasp technical terminologies, process and procedures.

  • Must be passionate and committed to drive not only his/her portfolio but the whole team to achieve key targets.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Demonstrates ability to effectively multitask and maintain a high level of organization and process discipline.

  • Flexible to changes and be able to adapt quickly.

  • Organized and attentive to details.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US holidays)
