We are seeking a strategic and independent leader to serve as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management. The key responsibilities are to develop and implement risk management frameworks. In this critical role, you will spearhead the development and execution of enterprise-wide risk management strategies and lead our crisis management team. You will collaborate closely with the HID senior leadership team and key stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that impact our organization's operations. In addition, the director role will lead HID’s efforts in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from crises and disruptions by developing and implementing robust crisis management strategies.

As our Director, Enterprise Risk Management , you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Leading crisis management team and conduct trainings.

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive crisis management plans and protocols (including business continuity plans) to address various scenarios, including natural disasters, cybersecurity incidents, public health emergencies, and other disruptive events.

  • Managing resiliency plan coordination and connectivity with site leadership teams.

  • Providing updates, education, and presentations to staff and management on industry trends and best practices for resiliency plan.

  • Collaborating with resilience plan site leadership worldwide before, during, and after tests and exercises to ensure evidenced capability of plans and compliance to standards.

  • Establishing, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with resiliency plan leadership teams and stakeholders to understand program needs and challenges.

  • Providing guidance on sound structure, planning, testing, and governance to keep resiliency plan aligned, current, relevant, actionable, and auditable.

  • Developing and implementing risk management frameworks

  • Leveraging internal and external data, information, and resources to design, implement, and enhance a robust and comprehensive enterprise risk assessment process.

  • Overseeing and facilitating the development and completion of risk-based, root-cause mitigation plans and actions, and promote the risk-based allocation of resources.

  • Collaborating with a broad range of subject-matter experts and internal stakeholders to proactively identify new and emerging risks and develop and implement mitigation plans.

  • Maintaining risk register and tracking of remediation/mitigation efficacies and residual risk.

  • Establishing policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organization’s services and departments.

  • Recommending and implementing risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures.

  • Independently analyzing complex risk data and provide actionable insights, risk reports, and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (at least 15 years) in compliance, ethics, risk, or auditing in a multinational corporate environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of technical security concepts and their application in a corporate setting.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards related to security and risk management.

  • Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Experience with ISO 22301, ISO 22316, and ISO 27001
