Accenture Global HR Programs & Operations Associate in Austin, Texas

As Global HR Programs & Operations Associate you will be responsible for providing employee support to client’s employees, using Salesforce CRM by handling inbound employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, processing and or updating employees records related to employee lifecycle as well as other HR related processes in Workday, Salesforce and other client systems

  • Explaining Clients HR policies, procedures, related to employee lifecycle, Transfers, Leaves, offboarding, etc.

  • Maintaining the computer system by updating and entering data.

  • Assisting with HR related meetings with Client employees

  • Attend team meetings and trainings as needed

  • Work on miscellaneous projects as instructed

    Role Requirements:

  • While remote, the person selected for this role must reside within 100 miles of the Austin office

  • Availability to work any shift between 8:00 am – 7:00pm Monday – Friday

  • Flexibility with working different hours, shifts, or rotating shifts

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of case management OR HR experience

    Professional Skills:

  • Client facing experience

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience

  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities

  • Ability to remain neutral and review work as defined by policies and procedures and keeping personal bias aside

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
