Responsible for managing annual budget development process, along with ongoing Financial Planning and Analysis functions. The IT Controller will work extensively with business unit leaders in education, research, and clinical, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to provide decision support around accounting and business decisions.Subject matter expert who provides insight and direction on IT transformation processes, including EPR project initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Acts as primary point of contact and liaise with Dell Medical Finance and University-wide Finance organizations (Procurement, DMS Finance, ERP project etc.).Directs IT Financial Management (ITFM) structure at the behest of the Office of CIO. Duties include, but are not limited to, development and ongoing maintenance of analytical reporting, account structure, crosswalks and reconciliations across matrixed management structure, consolidations, project-based accounting, and process management.Develops and maintains comprehensive 5-year, project-based forecasts for OPEX and CAPEX based initiatives.Special projects and other duties as assigned.Other related duties as assigned.
