Job Summary
- This role is responsible for scoping and defining the technical design, driving execution and delivery of a software feature, solution, or product. The role serves as the bridge between cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and R&D. The role refines the requirements and distributes work into logical customer valued deliverables, and opportunistically identifies synergies with organization's existing systems.
Responsibilities
Supports execution of multiple technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products.
Leads end-to-end project or program lifecycles, from initiation to completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
Defines project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develops project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Performs program analysis, manages risk, identifies and influences necessary course corrections, and communicates program status and activities across multiple levels of management.
Continuously assesses and improves the processes that comprise the software development lifecycle.
Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.
Defines and tracks key metrics and performance indicators and drives cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
Leads post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for enhancement.
Provides oversight and planning to design and planning implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The base pay range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
