OVERVIEW:
A Regional Sales Manager-Auto Credit are remotely charged with finding opportunities with franchise and independent automotive dealers within the designated region and selling the credit solution. Candidates should be able to open a sales pipeline with existing relationships and generate new relationships through business development acumen.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through lead follow-up and personal outreach
Manage and deliver high levels of penetration in the region
Generate new leads by researching and understanding the market to engage key stakeholders
Manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
Contribute to the development of sales strategies that support the team in meeting and exceeding company market share goals and KPIs
Deliver compelling sales discussions in a consultative approach to solve current and future problems with each dealer opportunity.
Be an expert in Auto Credit offering and communicating its value
Represent NCC/ProMax at industry conferences and networking events
What You’ll Have:
Minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in B2B sales, including at least one (1) year in outside sales.
Minimum of two (2) years of automotive dealership experience, preferably in the F&I space.
A willingness to travel for in-person meetings, including cold-calling dealerships, on a regular cadence.
Proven record of sales success in a similar industry over extended periods
Experience using Salesforce.com preferred.
Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, and meticulous attention to detail
Willingness to travel up to 50% within a defined region.
