Key job responsibilities
Implementation of net-new Partner programs
Existing program optimization and opportunity lead generation
Health and ROI of existing programs
Oversee project scheduling and timely delivery
Provide timely, clear and concise and complete communications to Partner and Amazon Pharmacy Leadership
Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and request support in escalation management when necessary
Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon Pharmacy teams

Basic Qualifications
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
5+ years program or services delivery experience
B2B industry preferred
BA/BS degree
Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
Proven ability to lead customer engagements
Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to roll-up your sleeves
Ability to travel to Partner sites when required by project scope
Preferred Qualifications
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Competent Confluence user
PMP certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
