Produce service design tools including service blueprints, journey maps, and digital and environmental prototypes. Contribute to and potentially lead projects with systems design needs.Efficiently prototype services and solutions in dynamic environments, adapting to changing needs. Define, build, iterate and execute project plans with systems design activities and deliverablesPartner collaboratively with diverse internal and external partners to establish and deliver on shared goals.Measure project results and outcomes in a meaningful, clear, and innovative manner. Create metrics and methods for measuring progress and success - before, during and after projectsShare what we make and how we make it at conferences, in scientific manuscripts, via blog posts and case studies, and through other channels in collaboration with other members of the Heart Center
