What will you do?

As an Inside Sales professional, you will sell manufactured components to internal and external customers while providing technical information, support, and service to customers. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.

  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; working closely with our fabrication shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.

  • Enter orders and quotes and perform quote follow-ups, analysis, and follow-through with ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding equipment use, operation, and maintenance.

  • A complete extensive hands-on training program is provided.

  • Focus on career growth and personal development.

  • Salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent group RRSP profit-sharing plan.

  • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Skills:

  • 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required

Education:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Technical College Diploma or University degree preferred
