Hyatt Front Office Manager - Andaz Bali in BALI, Indonesia

As Front Office Manager, you are responsible to oversee all front office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing the front desk team. This position involves leading the team in providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and managing room reservations.

Qualifications:

This position is only for Indonesian.

  • At least 3 years of work experience at the same positions in Luxurious Resort.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software Opera, Medallia, Hotsos, as well as other systems and reports.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Ability to train and develop staff effectively.

  • Competence in performance management and conducting evaluations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently.

  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction and experience.
