ReSound Senior Specialist, Performance & Rewards to People & Culture in Ballerup, Denmark

Welcome to Performance & Rewards and the global People & Culture team

The Performance & Rewards team is an instrumental part of our People & Culture organization, driving the Performance & Rewards agenda for the global organization. This includes market informed pay-setting through a well-established job architecture and partnering with the business on all reward and performance matters from annual processes to individual cases – all utilizing Workday as the global tool.

You will be joining the HQ-based People & Culture team, which is focused on executing the People & Culture Strategy, including Performance Management, DEI, Talent Development, and Leadership.

The People & Culture team operates in a matrix set-up, collaborating closely with colleagues in APAC, NA, and EMEA regions to leverage local knowledge.

We are in the midst of designing our new People Operating model, where our aim is to combine separate organizations in one joint People & Culture organization to support our OneGN organizational structure and become a function of scale. Diverse responsibility, but clear ownership in the role

As our new Senior Performance & Reward Specialist you will become a part of a dedicated and diverse team, who works closely with the business and the global People & Culture organization. Working on a full spectrum of reward and performance tasks in a highly professional and international setting where your contributions are valued and your development aspirations supported, you can take you career to the next level.

Your tasks will include:

  • Process owner for one of GN’s annual Performance & Reward processes (e.g. global merit process)

  • Reward Partner to a dedicated business area, advising senior leaders on Performance & Rewards agenda

  • Drive and ensure the development of competitive total reward offering informed by market data to support fact-driven decision-making

  • Design, develop, and deploy new Performance & Reward initiatives to support GN’s business strategy

  • Drive on-going improvements of GN’s Performance & Reward framework and governance to ensure consistent structure and efficient processes

  • Work closely with colleagues in People & Culture to ensure end-to-end Performance & Reward agenda is managed and delivered effectively

  • Conduct job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology

  • Support deliveries for GN’s Remuneration Committee meetings

Business focus and People & Culture interest

We imagine that you are a proactive and experienced professional who can bring innovative ideas and a strategic mindset to our team. Specifically, we are looking for the below qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Rewards from a larger international organization or consultancy

  • Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing Reward solutions

  • Master in Excel and working knowledge of Workday (or a similar HRM system)

  • Excellent analytical skills enabling you to make fact-based decisions and proposals

  • Experience driving complex projects, planning, and change management skills

  • Trustworthy and honest communicator who proactively shares feedback with your business stakeholders and able to stand your ground when needed

  • Experience from a global matrix structure – and driving collaboration in this culturally diverse context

  • A rare combination of an entrepreneurial mindset and the finesse to navigate the corporate landscape
