Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client's team. This is a remote contract employment opportunity with a company based in BALTIMORE, Maryland. This role involves meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle customer applications, maintain records, and address customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process applications related to customer credit

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action

• Maintain customer credit records with utmost accuracy

• Handle accounts receivable tasks

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Quickly resolve any customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Ensure all work is conducted remotely, adhering to the company's standards and policies.

Requirements

• Applicant must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Accounts Receivables Systems is necessary.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines is essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.

• The candidate should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
