Job Title: Inventory Associate - 1st Shift

Job Description

Join our team as an Inventory Associate, where you will handle the shipping and receiving of finished products, specifically printed circuit boards. Your responsibilities will include cycle counting, inventory management, scheduling freight and shipments with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and more. You will also assemble kits, label and store parts, and maintain meticulous records in Excel, ensuring the traceability of all hardware by documenting batch, lot, and serial numbers. Additionally, you will track the movement of parts from picking through shipping.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Work Environment

Casual dress code (tennis shoes, khakis, t-shirt). The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The manufacturing environment includes a cleanroom for assemblies and soldering, is climate-controlled, and houses 75-100 employees. The candidate will primarily work in the stockroom.
