Description:

Actalent is currently working with a small general contractor in the Baltimore market. We are currently looking to add an superintendent.to the team. Project comprise of interior TI project up to 3million. SCIF ROOM and Secure Space is a big focus currently. Office space, retail, hospitality etc. Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing subs, managing project schedule/budget, Ordering materials, coordinating permits/inspections, ensuring safety on project sites and communication between owners/project teams.
