Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in the Non-Profit industry, based in BALTIMORE, Maryland. The role involves the administration of the Salesforce platform in a remote setting, with a focus on user management, security settings, profiles, and roles.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Salesforce platform including user management, security settings, profiles, and roles.

• Configuration and customization of Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflow rules, process builder, and approval processes.

• Assistance in the development and maintenance of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business objectives.

• Working on case management system, with a focus on the non-profit sector.

• Management of customer credit applications and records.

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Mastering the detail relationship within the Salesforce platform.

• Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Becoming the point of contact for the case management software.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth running of the system. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Administration

• Proficiency in Case Management Software

• Knowledge of Case Management practices and procedures

• Ability to create and manage workflows

• Familiarity with Process Builder

• Relevant experience in the non-profit sector

• Proven track record as a Systems Administrator

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of current technology trends and advancements.

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.

• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest advances in technology and the specific sector.
