Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work in interpreting drilling permit regulations and requirements for regulatory reporting.

  • Collect and verify data on drilling permits and maintain records of all drilling permit activities.

  • Prepare documentation for client operations on applicable internal, regulatory, and other requirements.

  • Generate tracking point based on the Type of permit, Permit condition, Reporting frequency, Regulatory audit requirement and Record keeping requirement.

  • Measure compliance and report related data to Regulatory agencies throughout the life cycle of a well.

  • Consolidate all drilling permit tracking records in the tracking sheet as per daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual requirement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure and notify drill permits related data accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in petroleum/mechanical engineering

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory reporting and environmental compliance.

  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas drilling regulations

  • Proficient in MS Office suit and other relevant reporting software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
