As a Delivery Practice Leader in IBM, you will lead a delivery practice to scale implementation and adoption of domain specific use cases. You will contribute to launching, and enabling service offerings, while you support delivery consultants and clients with deep expertise. You will lead a Community of Practice, supporting the in-field practitioners and stakeholders in your practice, and manage the feedback loop with Development, Product Management, Customer Success Managers, and Product Support.
Technology Expert Labs Offerings:
Contribute to the launch and enablement of Technology Expert Labs offerings
Driving initiatives with sales organizations to grow the pipeline
Support Key Clients to grow new opportunities and assist on escalation resolution
Support delivery consultants and clients through the deep expertise in there practice
Driving special initiatives to scale implementations and adopt IBM technology
Interlock with Product:
Managing the feedback loop with development, product management and support through product scout program
Participate in Product MMT to influence product strategy and direction based on client feedback and market requirements
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
15+ years of experience
A proven track record of consulting and delivery with customers in complex networking solutions including phases such as design, development, integration, migration, production support.
Skills and knowledge for managing services orientated conversations with client stakeholders.
Understand the operational complexities of service delivery.
Demonstrate a natural bias towards self-motivation and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
Demonstrable success of communication and personal relationship development at all levels - from engineers to CxOs - with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach healthy resolutions.
Strong Leadership and operational excellence.
Understand multi-vendor networking products including switches, routers, wireless, firewall.
Experience with software defined networking technologies including NG-RAN/O-RAN, Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, VMware NSX, Network Security, MultiCloud and Edge
Familiarity with Cloud Computing orchestration tools, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
6+ years of leading and mentoring teams
Financial acumen, leading P&L business with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding budgets
Experience in setting up and running Global Delivery Center / CoE
Excellent interpersonal skills
Forging CxO relationship and communicating at CxO levels
