Opportunity Overview
Write and co-write curriculum in collaboration with large technical Indian educational institutions
Be the educational specialist for the UR India team
Train customers and future training partners
Certify new partners and training in the region, and ensure high performing training partners
Support training partners to consistently train more customers
Run technical training classes when needed
Ensure consistency and high-quality training across region
Drive review of certified trainer performance and implement improvements to program content and/or certified trainer presentation methods
Expand and enable training portfolio to Academy partners – grow number of trained participants
E nsure UR educational curriculum is strong and useful for large Indian tech. educational institutions
Facilitate/Deliver certification trainings
Implement improvements across regions
Deliver training to end users
Provide support to Certified Trainers
Roll out global program to partners in region and support other regions in rolling it out

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related subject
Industrial designer w. technical background
Technical educator
Minimum three years’ experience in robotics or automation industry
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in education or creating technical curriculum
Minimum of three years of experience developing and conducting seminars/trainings and excellent interpersonal skills
Documented experience creating technical curriculum at vocational school level or higher
Documented practical experience within automation and/or robot programming.
Experience with technical training and customer visits
Business and edu savvy
Knowledge of implementation and facilitation of technical, and/or specialty training
Understands how people learn most effectively
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge. Must have a good understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within them
