The primary responsibility of the Associate Contract Manager is to own all aspects of the contract management lifecycle and supporting practises to enable standardisation across the organisation.
Working at NTT
Define, deploy and ensure compliance to contract management policies, standards, processes and procedures in accordance with the company’s policies governance approach.
Own and manage the delivery of contract management on global accounts, identify risks associated with the delivery of services and advise on contract deviations and non-standard contract clauses.
Maintain contract logs and provide a monthly report pack highlighting successes and areas of improvement.
Define and develop a training curriculum to enable interactive and continuous on the job training.
Establish and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure contractual rights and obligations are negotiated successfully and are adhered to.
