Senior Specialist, Global Web Ops Project Management

The Senior Specialist, Global Web Ops Project Management works with global marketers and the Production Team to manage prioritization and pipeline journey of new and existing web content and maintenance requests. They work with Integration and Content Excellence teams to ensure integrating company web and marketing automation content is migrated efficiently into Cytiva web platforms.

This position is part of the Digital Production Team located in Bangalore, India and will be a hybrid role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Oversee project tasks for web page and marketing automation content, working with the Senior Content and Marketing Automation Managers to ensure projects are progressed efficiently.

• Monitor and manage workloads to predict future capability and report on team performance.

• Work with the Sitecore platform owner to ensure the content management team has the knowledge and training required to create and maintain content in Sitecore CMS and associated platforms.

• Help integration partners to understand the processes required for creation of web, ecommerce and landing pages on Cytiva systems.

• Develop and maintain standard work for web content posting which adheres to company brand standards and best practice.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Project management experience in a web content environment is essential.

• Experience trafficking content to a team of content managers.

• Previous experience with a marketing automation platform is preferred. Experience with Sitecore CMS or similar.

• Experience working in a large global organization, communicating, and presenting regularly online and in person. Confident personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently.

• Willing to adjust working hours to align with European partners.

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Kapost content operations software

• Knowledge of the Biotechnology sector is an advantage.
