This position reports into Packaging Excellence Manager and is based at Bangkok, Thailand .

What You Will Do

The position is responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining a database of available or innovative packaging formats to support product strategies.

• Identifying and establishing partnerships with external/internal partners in the AP region to support pilot/prototype strategies.

• Demonstrating feasibility and success criteria in the pilot stage to ensure right-first-time specifications.

• Supporting the development of rapid tooling capabilities for fast prototyping of packaging samples.

• Identifying and establishing an ecosystem of local suppliers for rapid iterative prototyping.

• Documenting learnings and success criteria into technical transfer briefs.

• Establishing communication processes to ensure cross-functional teams utilize packaging excellence information effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Packaging, with exposure to pilot/manufacturing fill & assembly, preferably in the Personal Care industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, Chemical Science, Polymer Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in CPG/FMCG industries.

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field.

• Experience with a wide variety of package development, molding, prototyping, package testing, and design for manufacturability (DfM).

• Data-savvy with the ability to use insights and analytics.

• Strong experimental and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional partners.

• Business acumen and understanding of industry trends and technology.
