WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As an Outside Sales Territory Manager, you'll be the face of our company, driving sales and building strong customer relationships with a primary focus in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Generating Leads. Identify and engage potential customers through varied communication methods.
  • Building Relationships. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • *Make Connections. *Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
  • Achieving Sales Targets. Present our products and services professionally, negotiate deals, assist with quote strategy, follow-up on quoted jobs, and provide sales activity reports.
  • Market Analysis. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
  • Customer Support. Work closely with our Inside Sales Staff and Business Operations to provide solutions for customers and ensure expectations are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Sales Experience. Proven experience as a sales representative is preferred. Ability to cold-call and make meaningful connections is a must. Knowledge of our industries and effective marketing strategies is a plus.
  • People Skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and presentations, and an effective negotiator.
  • Organizational Skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech Savvy. Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Travel Ready. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50%) within a designated region and to industry events is required.
