Description - External Aveva PI Technical Specialist Experienced PI (OSIsoft) Consultant with 8+ years' experience in OSIsoft PI software suite of components. The PI System consultant is responsible for installation and configuration of OSI PI Suite of products (PI Server, AF Server and Interfaces etc.) The PI Consultant is responsible for collaborating with customers to design, configure, develop, test and deploy real time data solutions based on OSI PI (AVEVA) The successful candidate will be responsible for configuration and testing, related to PI Data Historian including but not limited to - Developing real time data management system solutions Creation/modification of PI tags PI AF Element templates and AF Elements PI based dashboards (PI Vision/Process Book) PI AF Analytics, PI Notifications and PI Event Frames PI Interfaces: OPC DA/UA, RDBMS, PI to PI The successful candidate will collaborate with peers to translate business requirements to technical Design Specifications, and design solutions as required. Preferred candidates having experience in supporting and developing solutions for power utility industry.
