We are currently seeking a highly qualified and visionary individual to join our team as Delivery Excellence Manager. The role involves being part of the Procurement Excellence organization supporting the integration, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of the services scope in the new shared services organization. Your primary focus is supporting the integration project for a specific stream, contribute to the process and solution design for the service scope, support the new governance model implementation, the demand pipeline management partnering with all parties involved in the process and implement the delivery excellence standards.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery Excellence, your responsibilities contribute to the seamless integration of procurement services scope within the new shared service organization (SSO).

Your key responsibilities

  • Independently manage a workstream under the supervision of the Procurement Excellence project lead, ensuring the service scope is integrated as per project plan (on time, on budget and on quality) and according to the Delivery Excellence standards.

  • Contributes and supports to the process design/ improvement. Validates the process solution.

  • Supports the procurement SSO demand pipeline management, evaluates, and prioritize as per business needs.

  • Defines process performance metrics and supports implementation. Monitors operational performance.

  • Contribute to validate the process documentation and process maps as per taxonomy and documentation standards.

  • Ensure continuous dialogue with process stakeholders, business functions and SSO process.

    You bring

  • Project Management Expertise, to ensure project deliverables on time, in scope, and in budget.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Chemical engineering or other related.

  • Relevant work experience 4-7 years

  • Strong communications skills, able to distill problems and data into actionable recommendations.

  • Existing relationships with procurement and other related functions and an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, based on firsthand experience.

  • Comprehensive experience with S2P processes and shared service organizations. Direct procurement experience is considered an advantage.

  • Strong Continuous Improvement experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in data analysis tools and techniques
