The Role
Within Markem-Imaje we’re looking for a Global HR Analyst passionate about systems and HR, and eager to support the company in driving business decisions based on relevant data and process.
You will be reporting to our Senior HR Controller based in Barcelona (Spain) and collaborating with our global HR Team as well as with our corporate DOVER HRIS organization in the US and India.
What you’ll do:
Managing all HR systems – SuccessFactors (modules – Employee Central, Performance management, compensation, Recruiting, Workforce Analytics, and reporting) and SAP HCM to become the Subject Matter Expert on all HR processes linked to systems.
Collaborate closely with HR Stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure smooth operation (Dover corporate HRIS, Markem-Imaje HR community and IT).
Support all HR team worldwide in managing the data in systems (Trainings, Enhancements).
Participate to some key transversal projects depending on the experience of the incumbent (engagement survey, sales commission tool, acquisitions, integrations).
Design and maintain HR Analytics (Metrics and Dashboards).
Coordinate and support end-users with the resolution of HR system issue, including collaborating with IT and Dover HRIS.
Participate in System enhancement and integrations with other HR Systems or third party applications.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies in all HR activities.
What you need to have:
Experience in HR Information System management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Project management skills.
Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors or equivalent
Knowledge Power BI
Experience working with ticketing systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy and integrity.
