Title: Material Handler

Location: Barstow, CA

Shift: 11PM-7:30AM

Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour, based on experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, and safe forklift operation.

• Ability to work flexible shifts and in a warehouse/shop environment.

• Reliable, team-oriented, with a great attitude and work ethic.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory in a 24/7 shop, ensuring materials are correctly issued and tracked.

• Perform stockouts, cycle counts, and forecast material needs.

• Oversee quality control for inbound/outbound shipments and resolve any issues.

• Arrange LTL and expedite shipments using Ryder, ensuring correct paperwork and customs documentation.

• Use various software for ordering, receiving, and tracking materials, including Hazmat.

• Read mechanical drawings for material needs.

• Operate forklifts and conduct inspections.

• Process sales, warranty claims, and repair cycle assets.

• Maintain warehouse organization and safety.

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking on hard surfaces for long periods.

• Climbing on/off locomotives and working in confined spaces.

• Wearing required safety gear (hardhat, steel-toe boots, etc.).

• Working night shifts and extended hours as needed.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
